This year marks the 46th Anniversary of Jonestown. The annual Memorial Gathering will be held on Monday, November 18, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the Mausoleum at the Evergreen Cemetery in Oakland, California. The memorial service will be hosted by Jonestown survivor and Jonestownmemorial.com creator, John Cobb.
The memorial will be live-streamed on the Jonestown Memorial Facebook site at 2 pm promptly. The address to the Facebook site is: https://www.facebook.com/events/1505619090153028/ We look forward to seeing both familiar and new faces. Please meet in the Mausoleum (opposite of the memorial site plaques) at 2:00pm. Following a short service, we will the walk over to the memorial site to place flowers and fellowship. At the conclusion, we will hold our annual 5:00pm meeting at Harry’s.
